Day 01: Delhi to Manali (Journey 550 Kms –Time: 14 Hrs. via NH-44)
Arrive at Himachal Counter, ISBT, and New Delhi. Board the Delhi-Manali A/C Volvo bus in the evening between 4-5pm. Boarding and Departure time will be 4:30pm and 5:00pm respectively. Depart for Manali for a wonderful experience. Your journey will cover Panipat, Karnal, Chandigarh (the city beautiful), Bilaspur, Sunder Nagar, Mandi, Pandoh Dam, Aut Tunnel, and Kullu. Manali is one of India’s most popular Hill stations.Manali is a lovely, sprawling town, set among spectacular cool hills, with plenty of crumbling colonial charm, plenty of waterfalls, and rivers. Overnight journey by bus.
Day 02: Local Manali Tour
After a long hectic journey, early check-in in hotel. Take a rest for few hours. Get ready for “Marvelous Manali”. Manali is a famous tourist destination of north India. Tourists from all over the world come here for adventure, skiing, rafting, trekking, peace and for eternal satisfaction. In Manali, you will find numerous destinations, but some of them are outstanding. The Hidimba Devi Temple, Built in 1553 by Maharaja Bahadur Singh, Hidimba temple is a four storied wooden structure with a tower peaking up to 24 meters high. The Vashishta Temple, it is located 3km away from Manali There is a pair of temples stands opposite to each other. One temple is dedicated to Lord Rama and the other one is to Sage Vashishta. It is also known for its hot sulphur springs.
Manu Temple which is located at a distance of 3 km from the main bazaar in Old Manali, the temple is believed to be the abode of Manu, the ancient law-giver of World.
Your Overnight stay will be in Hotel.
Day 03: Manali – Rohtang Pass (Upto snow line On Direct Payment Basis)
This morning you visit the solang valley and the not to be missed Rohtang Pass, 51km from Manali. At an altitude of 3978 meters, the valley offers a splendid view of the Rohtang Pass that will certainly take your breath away. The pass is open from May to October each year although trekkers can cross it earlier. It is a gateway to Lahaul Spiti, Leh valley. There are beautiful sights of glaciers, peaks and Chandra river flows down in the Lahaul valley. Your journey to Rohtang top will cover Solang Valley, Nehru Kund, Marhi, Gulaba, Rahala water fall.
Note: This trip is subject to weather conditions and NGT permission. And if Rohtang will be closed we’ll show you Solang Valley where you can enjoy skiing, horse riding, yak riding, snow scooter ride on your own expenses.
Day 04: Manali to Shimla (275 Kms- 8 Hrs via NH-205 )
Today, you will proceed toShimla by A/C deluxe bus. Your departure time will be 9:30A.M. After Breakfast, check out hotel and depart for Shimla. You will feel amazing by the sightseeing on the way. Lunch shall be en-route on direct payment basis at any HRTC approved Dhabas and restaurants. Your journey to Manali to Shimla will cover Kullu ( famous for its culture activities, international Dussehara festival Hanogi Mata Temple ( a river side temple, where you can go by boats), Pandoh Dam( famous for its panoramic view ), Sundernagar( famous for its lake), Mandi( known as Chhoti Kashi of the Hills), Darlaghat, Bhararighat, Ghaghas).At the end of day you will be in Shimla, a hill station which is famous among the tourists from all over the world.Situated in the Himalayan foothills, the Summer capital during the British Raj, today it is one of India’s most popular Hill stations. Shimla is connected by all three mediums i.e. by bus, train and aeroplane. Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.
Day 05: Shimla Local Sight Seeing
After a delectable breakfast, leave the hotel for a ramble to Kufri by individual vehicle. You will enjoy the full day sightseeing to Kufri. It is a small hill station in Himachal Pradesh, which is widely acknowledged for its undulating mountain terrains and lush greenery. It is situated at a height of 2400 meters from sea level.
Your journey to Kufri will include Green Valley (a dense forest of northern India, Can enjoy cycling in the dense forest also), Chharabra (known for its lush greenery, formerly house of lord Kitchener, Commander in chief in India. The Himalayan Wildlife Nature Park (where you can see different wild life species of animals of Himachal Pradesh), Chini Bunglow (It was summer capital of Maharaja Bhupinder Singh, highest point of Kufri Region, surrounded by dense pine forests), Fagu Valley (famous for apple orchards, trekking) .Also, this destination has amusement parks, which is an ideal place to spend quality time with family and friends.
After enjoying the Kufri sightseeing tour, return to Shimla and proceeds for a leisure walk in the beautiful Mall Road of Shimla. It is most busiest place of Shimla, where you can find numerous showrooms, restaurants, cafes. Mall road was constructed during British colonial rule.
After Mall Road , you can visit Shimla’s highest peak i.e. Jakhoo peak. You can reach there by ropeway service by your own expenses. From Rope way you can enjoy the scenic beauty of Shimla, covered with dense deodar trees.
After a leisure walk of Mall Road and Jakhoo Temple, return to Hotel. Enjoy overnight stay in hotel.
Day 06: Shimla Local Sight Seeing
Reach Shimla Bus Stand. Board a A/C deluxe bus to Delhi in the evening. After a 8 hours journey, you’ll be in Delhi. Reach back to home safely, With Sweet Memories of Shimla to Manali tour
