- The visuals shown on the sites are obtained from the third party suppliers and might be the attractive version of that particular service. So it is advisable for you to evaluate the same from our company’s feedback and other social sites.
- We do not offer any type of insurance to the customers and nor to their belongings.
- Any damage to the things/property done by the customers during the tour must be bear by them only.
- We will not tolerate any Violent Behaviour or Abusive Language from customer and seize all the services immediately.
- After booking confirmation we will send tickets and all travel related details to our customer through email please carefully go through them and if any error occur please contact us immediately.
- We will not be responsible for if any hotelier or airlines restrict you to check in due to your personal document issues.
- Offers are available only for specific time period and those muse be availed during that time period only.
- Travel Package booked by us are not covered through insurance.
- Customer are responsible for any type of damage done by them at property or may be some other type and customer have to pay that.
- Visuals shown on our website are only for information purpose and we collected those pictures from different websites so actual place may vary from pictures shown on website.
Use of Site
- The content or packages published on website are rigorously prohibited by us for unauthorized use like modification of data or using on other websites or blogs. If anyone tries to use the data without our permission that means you violates copyright laws as a consequence to do this you have to face the jurisdiction scenario.
- Any Tour Packages Published on our site is just for informative purpose and price shown on that packages may vary.
- Any information about location mentioned in our website are only for informative purpose we can’t guaranty accuracy.
Note: It’s recommended to contact us before booking any services or for the accurate information about any place of Himachal Pradesh. If any service is booked without consulting us he/she shall be solely responsible for any inconvenience like location issues, service issues or cost increment of package hotel or any other type.
A2z himachal is registered under Tourism of Department & Aviation and is of 9001:2008 Certified. We try our best to serve our clients but in some cases we are not able to hold any liability as follows:
- Booking made directly without consulting us through our online portals.
- We are not liable for any un-availed services by our client and this amount will not be adjusted or refunded.
- Circumstance beyond our control like Act of God (Climate Conditions, Natural Disasters), Any Personal Injuries, and Government surveillance on any hotel cab or airline etc. In these scenario, Refund policy will not be implemented or may be client have to bear cancellation charges or any additional expense caused by that situation. But the thing we guaranty to provide full co-operation during that situations and expect the same from you.
- In this technology era we have created our website well protected from hackers or any malware or virus but still your data might be at risk due to ever increasing technology so if you suspect any loss or any illegal activity or any unauthorized use of your personal information immediately contact your bank or as well as us.
- If we a2zhimachal act as mediate between you and third party then whatever information is provided to us we will convey that to you. In case they fail to abide by their words then we are not responsible for any service dissatisfaction then you have to resolve that matter with third party.
- Children below 5 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed. Milk or Food for children are chargeable through direct payment in hotel
Prepone and Postpone
- For Prepone or Postpone depends on the type of package you booked and for time you booked. And you have to inform us at least 7 days prior of tour date.
- Note: We will our put best to prepone or postpone your travel packages but if we found any issue with availability of rooms on your desired date then we can’t do anything and then you have to adjust your travel according to dates which are available.
- If any customer is willing to cancel his / her booking due to any reasons like illness, death, accident or non-payment of the balance payment then the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from Client as follows
- 15 % of total amount is charged if cancellations is done 30 days prior to departure of the tour.
- 30 % of total amount is charged if cancellations is done 20 days prior to departure of the tour.
- 50 % of total amount is charged if cancellations is done 10 days prior to departure of the tour.
Note: We will try our best to refund you as much as amount we can it totally depends on amount we receive from hotelier or from airline service.
